As a restaurant which is an ambassador of regional products of the label "Authentic Pays-d'EnhautProducts", you are guaranteed a fine range of products made in Pays-d'Enhaut. Whether these are cheeses made from cow's milk, goats milk or ewe's milk, meat specialities, honey or syrup, their taste will surprise you.

Le Chalet can accommodate up to around one hundred visitors and offers a dish of the day Monday to Friday, which is made up of seasonal food (starter, main course and coffee).
